2002:  2nd RFP Summary and Documents

The CIS project completed a second RFP during the Summer of 2002. Over 10 vendors responded to the request, with 4 giving presentations to the CIS group in Boston in July 2002. Vendors selected during the second round were Cable and Wireless and Verio.   The second round was completed in the Fall of 2002.

2001:  Initial RFP Summary and Documents

The first Request for Proposals (RFP) by the Quilt was developed and issued in the summer of 2001, with proposal received by the beginning of October 2001. Semi-finalists presentations were give to the CIS committee in December, finalists selected in January 2002. Vendors selected during the first round were Level3 and Qwest.
