Organizational SWOT Analysis Summary

Preparation

  • Create a 3-bullet point overview of your organization – business structure/funding/focus
  • Perform a SWOT analysis for your organization and select the top 3 items under each of the four headings to share with the group – we aim to make this a slide-free discussion

Sharing

  • Given our current number of attendees, we are planning to spend approximately 20 minutes on each organization’s overview and SWOT
  • In order to appropriately balance information and discussion, we are planning the first 5-7 minutes of each overview to include the organizational description and summary of the SWOT analysis
  • The remaining time will be spent in discussion on these items before moving to the next organization
